A fully refurbishment of the new Mayfair Bosidale restaurant. Clinch Architecture achieved all necessary planning permissions and listed building consent, together with full building regulation approvals achieving all landlords consents from the Grosvenor Estate.
The property was stripped back to its base structure and reinstated, all complying to the strict regulations for a Grade 2 listed building. The external frame, windows and roof were completely refurbished.
A new external duct to reinstate the A3 Planning use was achieved with full plans approval and listed building consent within a three month period.
