Andrew CJ Clinch has been working as a Planning Professional and Talented Designer for over 25 years.

Highly qualified in the field of Architecture, he has achieved a First Class Honours Degree, receiving South Eastern RIBA award for the Best Degree in the UK. A Diploma with Distinction and read a Masters of Architecture and the Built Environment at the Royal College of Art.

Clinch Design and Clinch Architecture was established by Andrew CJ Clinch in 2009, offering a Bespoke design service and has been successfully trading, specialising in Planning, Listed Building Consent.

Andrew CJ Clinch has been selected to exhibit his designs at the Royal Academy of Art London on three occasions, winning the category "Best new up and coming young Designer".

Completed projects to date range from; Residential Furbishments, Extensions, New Build Residential private houses & Flats, Restaurant, Retail & Commercial fit outs.

Andrew predominately works within the Borough of Westminster, he has established and built close relationships with heads of the Westminster North, Central and South teams. His average planning success rate to achieve Full Planning and Listed Building Consent within the Boroughs of Westminster, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Brent, Wandsworth, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham is 95%.
