A residential refurbishment over two floors in Mayfair. Clinch Architecture completed the internal fit out for all areas for a Grade 2 listed building Over four floors, completing a two bedroom and one bedroom apartment.

Clinch Architecture achieved all necessary planning permissions and listed building consent, together with full building regulation approvals achieving all landlords consents from the Grosvenor Estate.

The property was stripped back to its base structure and reinstated with a complete rewire, sound proofing, new bathrooms, kitchens, all complying to the strict regulations for a Grade 2 listed building. The external frame, windows and roof were completely refurbished.

A new external duct to reinstate the A3 Planning use was achieved with Full Plans Approval and Listed Building Consent within a three month period.

The apartments being brought up to twenty first century specification for the luxury rental market.
